To access an online book (.PDF), you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system. When you install OrCAD products, you are also asked if you want to install Acrobat Reader.

Follow these steps to install Acrobat Reader if you didn't choose to install it during the product installation:

1. From the Start menu, click Run.
2. Click Browse.
3. Enter the following path: N:\Adobe\Setup.exe (where "N" is the letter of your CD drive).
4. Click OK.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Follow these steps to view the Network Licensing Guide:

1. Place the OrCAD installation CD into your CD drive.
2. From the Start menu, point to Programs.
3. Point to the OrCAD Release 9 program group (or whatever you chose to name the OrCAD program group during installation), then click Online Manuals. The Online Manuals and Quick Reference Cards menu opens in Acrobat Reader.
4. Click OrCAD Network Licensing Guide to open the Network Licensing Guide.
Alternatively, you can:
1. Place the OrCAD installation CD into your CD drive.
2. Click Browse Software.
3. Double-click the DOCUMENT folder.
4. Double-click NETLICGD.PDF to start the Acrobat Reader and open the Network Licensing Guide.
